We provide a private medical insurance comparison and advisory service by telephone. Rather than searching the whole market, we work with a limited number of insurers, including Bupa, AXA Health, Vitality, Aviva and The Exeter. After discussing your needs with one of our advisers, we will recommend a policy from among the insurers we work with, or provide a fair comparison to help you make your own choice.
We do not charge you a fee for this service. Instead, if you take out a policy through us, we receive commission from the insurer you choose. The amount of commission does not affect the premium you pay.
You must take reasonable care to answer any questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge, particularly about your medical history, as this affects your cover and any claim you make. Please tell us straight away if anything you've told us changes.

We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Insurance advising and arranging is covered for 90% of the claim with no upper limit, or 100% for compulsory classes of insurance. Further information is available from the FSCS at fscs.org.uk.
