• Technical information about your visit, such as the pages you view and how you arrived at the site, so we can attribute enquiries to the right marketing campaign.

Where your enquiry leads to a policy or ongoing advice relationship, we keep records for as long as required by FCA rules, and normally for seven years afterwards. If you make an enquiry that doesn't go any further, we keep that information for up to two years so we can respond if you get back in touch.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies to track you or serve advertising. We use your browser's session storage purely to avoid recording the same phone click twice in a short space of time; nothing is stored there once you close your browser, and it isn't shared with anyone.

You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to ask us to delete it, or to receive it in a portable format, subject to the exemptions that apply to regulated firms.
